Paul Taylor is president and chief executive officer of Fitch Group, a leading provider of essential financial information and services to the global financial markets. Mr. Taylor was appointed to this position in April 2012 and is based in London.
Mr. Taylor previously served as President of Fitch Ratings, the group’s largest business and a leading provider of credit ratings, commentary and research. Prior to this appointment in 2010, he spent two years as global head of structured finance ratings, presiding over numerous ratings reforms following the 2007 collapse of the U.S. housing market. Mr. Taylor has held a variety of analytical leadership positions at Fitch Ratings, including global head of sovereign, public finance, corporate, and financial institution ratings. He also headed the agency's operations in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Gláucia Calp is a managing director and head of Latin America in Fitch Ratings’ global infrastructure and project finance group. She is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and manages ratings and analysis on public-private partnership and project finance transactions in the region, including the transportation, public and social infrastructure, sports, power and industrial sectors.
Gláucia has over 20 years of corporate, structured and project finance experience. Gláucia earned a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, a Diploma in Finance from the PontifÃcia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and an M.Sc. in Economics from Lancaster University, England. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
Pablo Arroyave is CFO at Odinsa, one of the country’s largest concession firms with toll roads and airport assets in Colombia, Dominican Republic, Aruba and Ecuador. Previously, Pablo was M&A Managing Director at Grupo Argos, Odinsa’s controlling shareholder. He also held the same position in Cementos Argos –also controlled by Grupo Argos-, where he was also Assistant to the CEO.
Additionally, he has experience as investment banker at Banca de Inversion Bancolombia. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a degree in Business Administration Engineering form Escuela de Ingenieria de Antioquia. He also participated in the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr. Nunez achieved an extensive and successful deal execution track record with Latin American sovereign and corporate issuers in multiple industries. His main focus has been in international capital markets, including project finance, bond underwriting, syndicated loans, equity, and liability management.
Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Nunez spent 20 years at Salomon Brothers/Citi based in New York City.
Partner at Brigard Urrutia since 2011. Mr. Quinche has extensive experience practicing in the areas of Structured Finance, Project Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions. He worked in Corporate Finance at a prestigious law firm in New York for 5 years. He has acted as legal counsel to borrowers, project sponsors and developers, lenders and financial institutions in various national and international corporate and project finance transactions, including, among others, commercial bank loans, syndicated loans, financings with multilateral institutions, financings with export credit agencies and financings through capital markets. His project finance experience includes a vast number of sectors.
Mr. Quinche obtained his JD from Universidad del Rosario, has a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Universidad de los Andes and an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law. He has been admitted to practice both in Colombia and the state of New York. Currently, he is also a Professor of Corporate Finance at Universidad del Rosario, as well as in other Colombian universities.
